Field Details
XL-Bullies and Control Order Dogs: Please contact this field directly to find out if they are allowing dogs banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act to use their facility and under what circumstances. Many fields are unable to accommodate XL Bullies for a variety of reasons and those that do may need copies of your paperwork in advance so you must check before you book.
About This Field
The agility training area as you enter the field is strictly out of bounds and is not included in your booking.
The field is a countryside-based facility and as such although maintained by Paws and Play there will be branches and stones, uneven ground, mud and leaves in the field.

This is probably our favourite secure field as it is so different to other fields near us because it is left pretty much totally wild so lots of trees, shrubs and wildlife and you don’t feel like you’re in a secure field at all. It is on a slope so the top of the field is higher than the bottom. Water is provided at the bottom of the field – which can get muddy in winter/during wet weather. There is an agility section within the field but the gate is locked as this is used for training classes. There is a little stream which runs alongside the field which we’ve let the dog have a little paddle in after/before using the field. Parking is just outside the field and isn’t fenced. If you’re wanting a field to play ball with your dogs this isn’t the field for you as you’re likely to lose your ball in the shrubs! The field is fully fenced and very safe for reactive dogs, it’s off a quiet road so very little passing traffic although there is a footpath just beyond the cottages on site so you might see/hear passers by. We love it, I wish more fields were like this!
I regularly use this field with 2 Lurchers they have a great time, very secure Field left natural, parking is just outside the field, but you give the previous users the courtesy of waiting while they put their dogs back in the car, would highly recommend
