XL-Bullies and Control Order Dogs: Please contact this field directly to find out if they are allowing dogs banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act to use their facility and under what circumstances. Many fields are unable to accommodate XL Bullies for a variety of reasons and those that do may need copies of your paperwork in advance so you must check before you book.
* We only list fields as reactive-friendly following a visit because reactivity means different things to different dogs! Details can be found on each review in the yellow section. Listed fields field may be suitable for reactive dogs, but we have just not had the chance to verify this.

I’ve only visited this dog park once as my usual dog park was fully booked. The booking process was easy enough and the park was easy to find. However, that is where the positives end. The lane that you have to drive down to get to the park is full of large potholes, I’d read reviews about this prior to visiting so knew to drive very carefully, unfortunately the lane still damaged the bottom of my car bending a section at the front. When you arrive at the fields they are in the middle of a worn down farm, chickens were roaming free over the parking spaces and horses were stood across the lane, a nightmare for my reactive dogs. The access gate to get in to the field I had booked, the largest one, was a fair walk from where I had to park, meaning I had to navigate the chickens and slippery path with two strong dogs on lead. The field itself was the smallest I have ever visited and we ended up leaving early due to the slipperiness of the field, not ideal for my youngest with hip problems. I personally wouldn’t recommend, although this is based on my one and only visit.
Visited this place today and whilst I thought it would be a little muddy this was like something from the battle of the Somme! It’s pretty obvious that these fields are not fit for purpose at the moment and shouldn’t be rented out until dry. We have a border terrier who sunk down in the mud to his chest hence after 10 minutes we’d had enough! Also the road leading to the fields is dangerous and I wouldn’t use if you value your car!
