Brought Freddy here as he’s a rescue who is reactionary to other dogs. My friend walked him around the perimeter of the dog park without a lead and he loved it.
The time was ample for a small dog and he slept well that night big time!
Once my fencing has been replaced I intend to bring him there on a weekly basis, a full weeks work!
I’ve taken my Rita here before with her brother Bruno who’s like a stray dog when off lead so it was great for them to both play, sniff and for us to sit and have a coffee. Recently I took them both again as had Bruno staying with us, I wouldn’t be able to handle 100kg worth of dogs on a lead walk without one of them being silly, so this is ideal, and with all the agility equipment (they are not agility dogs by a long shot 🤣) I encouraged them by doing it with them. A fun hour together.
Water on tap, pooh bags available with bin, picnic table to sit down and I noticed a sun sail up now if shade is needed as it is quite an open to the elements field. We love it and will definitely use it again. Nice to have one local to us 🙌🏼
Fantastic place to go with our dog.
He loves being able to chase his ball in this secure field.
Once he has finished running after his ball I have a flask and sit at the picnic table whilst he mooches around
