XL-Bullies and Control Order Dogs: Please contact this field directly to find out if they are allowing dogs banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act to use their facility and under what circumstances. Many fields are unable to accommodate XL Bullies for a variety of reasons and those that do may need copies of your paperwork in advance so you must check before you book.
I have been using this field for a a couple of years now. It was great for my reactive dog although sometimes cattle can be seen in another field so not ideal if you have a really fixated dog. I now use it with my ‘normal’ dogs along with a couple of friends and their dogs. It has choices of places we can sit and have coffee and although it is not huge there are loads of ‘sniffy’ places for dogs and bushes that make it feel more like a walk and less like a pristine field. No worries if your dog wants to dig and there are also designated digging bits. A few bits the dogs can play on although I worry about safety on a couple of them, Most other users are pretty good at getting sorted on time. Owners are very approachable and helpful. They are gradually masking the fencing so dogs can’t see through and have various new bushes and trees planted. For me it is ideal and others I have sent there agree. Small but great
