About This Field

My Dog Run in Ridgemont is a secure field, approximately 10 miles from central Milton Keynes and 15 miles north of Luton. It’s approximately 1.5 acres (1 football field) and has an in field parking area, fenced to 1.8m

Booking and Accessing My Dog Run Ridgemont

Booking is via a secure website and is pretty straight forward – regular users of dog fields won’t be familiar with the system this field uses but it’s all easy to navigate. Ridgemont offers sessions of 55 minutes with a 5 minute crossover between sessions.

Once you have booked your session, you will receive a booking confirmation via email with the code included.

Locating the field using the Google Map below or the What3Words link takes you to the entrance which has a sign and is easily visible from the road. You pull off the main road, stop in front of the gate where you can use the code to access the large car park.

The parking has a full height fence to 6ft and there is plenty of room for turning.

Once inside, you can let your dogs out and access the field through another gate.

What is My Dog Run Ridgemont Like?

My Dog Run Ridgemont is about the size of a football field and is a grassy paddock with some activities and obstacles around the field.

There’s plenty of space to throw a ball and enough to keep everyone occupied for the duration of the session.

We were disappointed at the condition of the sandpit and some of the obstacles, both of which needed mending at the time of our visit. The sand in the pit did not contain an appropriate clean play sand so if this concerns you you may want to restrict access to this area.

Is My Dog Run Secure?

This field is secured with two types of fencing and is 6ft (1.8m) all round (see pictures). The gates are 1.8m deer gates but if you have small dogs you should take care in the car park as the gates are not flush with the ground.

Notes for Reactive Dog Owners

  • This field is next to a busy road so in winter when the foliage has died back, it may be possible to see movement on the road.
  • There is a boundary with a domestic garden
