Reactive Dog Friendly *

Livestock are occasionally in the fields either side of our field. There is a 2 m channel between the dog field fencing and the field boundary which is around the entire field. There is also a road running alongside the field which has a pavemnt and occasional walkers with or without dogs. This part of the field also has a 2 m channel.

-space for 1 car inside the field and a fully enclosed car park. Our car park is enclosed to a height of 1.8 m and our access rules require the next customer to wait outside the car park in a safe, off road entrance way until the previous customer is ready to leave.

CCTV which covers the entrance to the car park and road.
Poo bags and poo bins. There is a bench and a picnic table to sit and enjoy the views.

XL-Bullies and Control Order Dogs: Please contact this field directly to find out if they are allowing dogs banned under the Dangerous Dogs Act to use their facility and under what circumstances. Many fields are unable to accommodate XL Bullies for a variety of reasons and those that do may need copies of your paperwork in advance so you must check before you book.

About This Field

Field Notes

Our field is located at the top of a hill with stunning views over the Peak District and surrounded by fields and woodland on all sides. This gives it a great sense of space and tranquility even though it isn’t that far from residential areas.

We have a field shelter and benches located around the field which provide different views and also allow people with different levels of mobility to make use of the field. We have some enrichment activities and have plans for more but want to ensure we have a wide open space for dogs to sniff, explore and safely run.

The field has a nature channel around its whole perimeter to create natural screening and we have planted over 1500 native trees and hedge plants since opening.
