Notes for Reactive Dog Owners: (from in-person visits)

If you have reactive dogs these fields may not be suitable for you as a normal booking – however, the owners have recognised this and you can book a reactive-friendly slot in Batsford Outlook when the other field will be unoccupied. See website for details.

• There is a public footpath that is visible/audible along one boundary of Sezincote View
• These fields are adjacent to one another – you can see from the video below that there are gaps in the hedge that allow for visible lines between the two fields

Field Owner Notes:

One field is adjacent to a footpath behind a thick hedge the second field is not, the fields are adjacent with a large hedge and double fenced, there is also an option to block out both fields and use the field further from distractions so you don’t have the field next to you occupied – this is very isolated and quiet.

No livestock. Footpath behind mature hedge and secure fencing. Not visible from field.

• Large stone parking area outside the field.
• Pull in parking in field to allow dogs to go straight out of the car into the field.
• 3 acres of ridge and furrow meadow surrounded on all sides by mature hedge.
• Established landscape that gives a good grass cover and lots of areas of interest.
• Small wooded area, variety of logs, jumps and seating areas.
• Daily checks of the field.
• CCTV.
• Water at certain times of the year depending on rainfall.
• Dog water troughs and boot cleaning/dog wash area on clean concrete.
