About This Field
Bucks Dog Walking Field (known as Ginger and Blacks under previous owners ) is a lovely enclosed field, Approximately 1.6 acres on the outskirts of Buckingham. It’s a flat grassy meadow with a great enrichment area and plenty of space to chase a ball.
The field has a 4ft stock fence and has been extended to 6ft with some wire strands on the sides that are not surrounded by hedging. Whilst this offers peace of mind to some users, it doesn’t quite reach the standards that would be expected from a ‘secure’ field so we have classified it as ‘enclosed’.
Once you arrive, you drive into an air-lock pen that allows you to release your dogs into the field – worth noting that this is 4ft for anyone with escapologists!
Our dogs really enjoy this field – there is fresh water and a bowl for refreshments. Poo bags are supplied as the owner composts the waste. The enrichment area is lots of fun and there is a field shelter to get out of the weather.
Notes for Reactive Dog Owners
- There is livestock in a field on the property in sight of the enclosed area
- The fencing is not sufficient to hold back a determined escapologist
