About This Field

Beano’s Ball Park near Helston in Cornwall is one of the best groomed paddocks we’ve ever been to. With two separate fields on site, 1.5 (The Bolt Hole) and 2.5 (The Ball Park) acres, Beano’s is a fantastic place to give your dogs a real run out.

Both fields are fenced with 4ft lamb fence with thick hedges behind – these fields fall into the ‘enclosed’ category, but this is as secure as you will get without the 6ft height.

The ‘Ball Park’ also has a training area enclosed within it.

The owners of this field are extremely knowledgeable about reactivity and fearfulness in dogs and are exceptionally welfare minded.

First time users are required to fill out some forms and make first contact via phone or email.

The buffer between sessions is 15 minutes.

Field Owner Notes

We have the Ballpark: 2.5 acres and the Bolthole: 1.5 acres, both with 4 foot fencing and cornish hedging behind. We also have the Training Field: 1.5 acres with 5 foot fencing and gates, with rabbit netting dug in at the base, which stops rabbits getting in and little dogs getting out!

All our fields are disability friendly and have very short grass.
We are situated down a long farm track away from the public and livestock, with stunning moorland views.

We operate a 15 minute ‘buffer zone’ to ensure people do not meet or cause others inconvenience. We live on site, which ensures the smooth running of the fields.
We have Hoopers courses set up in the training field.
