This is the one to read twice.
With Sniff Booking, the account is yours. The booking site is yours. Every customer record, every booking and every payment history sits in an account that belongs to you. If you ever wanted to walk away, you could take your data and go. You are never locked in, and never held to ransom for the business you have built.
That is not true of every system on the market, and it is worth checking before you commit. A number of the newer all-in-one dog-field booking systems host everything on their own platform. Your booking page lives on their website, under their domain, and your customer list lives in their database.

So what you are paying us for is not the software. It is the build. We set the whole thing up around your field by hand, hand it over working, show you how to run it, and stay on hand afterwards. The software costs the same either way. The only question is whether you do the hard part, or we do.
Already using something else? Moving over is easy
If you are on a different booking system and it is not pulling its weight, switching to Sniff Booking is perfectly doable. We handle the move for you, so you are not left copying details across or worrying about losing your setup. You tell us where you are now, and we get you across cleanly.
And if you are already on SimplyBook yourself, having set it up on your own, we can upgrade your existing site to replicate the full Sniff Booking dog-field configuration. You keep what you have built and gain everything that makes it a better dog field system: the stuff we have tried and tested, the templates, the reporting and marketing tools and the support. We do not mark up the software. Your ongoing fee is exactly what you would pay SimplyBook directly, not a penny more. What the one-off setup covers is the bespoke build, the templates, the privacy policy and getting you up and running properly. You pay for the work, not a marked-up platform.
Three months of one-to-one development support is included. In those first three months there will naturally be tweaks and changes you want to make, and we are on hand for all of it, along with any technical requests that come up. After that, support is pay-as-you-go, or included free if you hold British Dog Fields Membership.
And you are never stuck for everyday help. Day-to-day technical questions are either handled by us, or you can go directly to the real, human technical support embedded in the site itself, included as part of your site’s technical support.
What the setup fee actually buys you

- Everything working from day one. Templates, privacy policy, payments, notifications, buffers, the lot. You are handed a system that works, not a login and a good luck.
Optional extras
- SMS or WhatsApp notifications for booking confirmations and reminders, on top of the email notifications that come as standard. Billed as a simple top-up, so you only pay for what your field actually sends. Not all sites want them which is why we don’t have them as standard.
