- Membership Term & Renewal. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance and payment. Renewals will be invoiced at the then‑current rate [unless grandfather rights apply] unless you cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date.
- Fees & Payment. Membership fees are payable in advance. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law (e.g., a 14‑day cooling‑off period for online purchases). We reserve the right to change membership fees upon renewal.
- Quarterly Payment Option. From January, we may offer a quarterly payment plan at a higher overall annual cost. Quarterly payments are non‑refundable and must be completed for the full year term. Missed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.
- Cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any time by notifying us in writing. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current 12‑month term. No pro‑rated refunds will be provided.
- Member Conduct. Members must treat each other with respect. Sharing confidential or proprietary information obtained through membership outside the membership community or using it to compete unfairly is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
- Use of Materials. All templates, articles, courses, and materials provided as part of membership are for your personal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials for any other purpose.
- Liability. The information and guidance provided through membership are for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes and are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the information.
- Changes to Terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Governing Law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
